LBJ's (President Lyndon Johnson) LAST interview! (1973)

One of the rare 1970's look and interview of one of the presidents that took office after JFK was taken out in a coup. LBJ - one of the players (but NOT the head honcho) in the coup, died almost ten years to the day that JFK was gunned down. Strangely enough, it took place after LBJ admitted to Walter Cronkite that it "had to be a conspiracy" against JFK and that he never believed that Oswald acted alone.

He also happened to have died BEFORE the House Select Committee on Assassinations could and would have interviewed LBJ. Combined with his conspiracy talk and a sort of formal US investigation, LBJ just happened to pass away just in time - or it was because he was old! Whichever you choose - here is his final interview.
