Anchorage Correctional Complex pt. 3 Filing a complaint!

Anchorage Correctional Complex I've been trying to get somebody on the phone so that I could get information on filing a complaint nobody would give me any information so I tried thinking outside the box I called Goose Creek and they were more than happy to give me information on how to file a complaint.
