What a Poplar Video! Milling some nice lumber on the Wood-Mizer LT40 Wide

Everyone likes such a Poplar wood. Customer wanted a combination of 8/4 and 4/4 boards, so that is what we milled up. Most of the logs were no problem. We ran into a nail in one of them. A couple of them created a challenge to mill, but nothing we could not overcome. Even the goats came to help with these logs.

The equipment we used includes a Wood-Mizer LT40 Wide sawmill; a Kubota MX5400 tractor; a Kubota B2650 tractor; and a Stihl 441 chainsaw.
