Romans - Chapter 15 Summary:

Romans chapter 15 continues Paul's exhortation on living in harmony and bearing with one another's weaknesses. Paul urges the strong to bear with the failings of the weak and not to please themselves, but to build up their neighbors for their good. He points to Christ as the ultimate example of selflessness and service. Paul emphasizes the importance of unity among believers, both Jews and Gentiles, and how they are to glorify God with one voice. He cites several Old Testament passages to show that God's plan always included the Gentiles. Paul also shares his plans to visit Rome and his desire to preach the gospel in new regions. He concludes by asking for prayers for his upcoming journey to Jerusalem and expressing his hope to come to Rome in the fullness of Christ's blessing. This chapter highlights the call to selfless service, unity in the church, and the ongoing mission to spread the gospel.
