Outcry after firefighters forced to retrieve a drone belonging to Chinese wedding photographer
5 years ago
Firefighters were called to retrieve a drone from the top of a tree after it was lost by a wedding photographer at a tourist spot popular with Asian newly-weds.
Now residents close to the stunning medieval Selby Abbey, North Yorks, are calling for a ban to be imposed on the use of drones in the area.
A Chinese photographer had been filming with the airborne camera outside the abbey when his remote controlled device became stuck in a 30ft tree.
