Simulating a Year Long Mars Mission

NASA’s CHAPEA program has finished up the first of three year-long simulated missions to the Martian surface. Volunteers spent time isolated together in a habitat and worked and lived under conditions NASA thinks astronauts will live on future missions to Mars.
