Shocking Standoff in OKC: Officer Shot, Suspect Takes Hostages

Oklahoma City Police responded to a report of a man pointing a gun at another person. The suspect, Kavon Ragan, shot Sgt. Joshua Scott and held five people, including three children, inside the home. After refusing to surrender and continuing to fire at police, Ragan was shot and killed by an officer. All hostages were found safe.
