NH Court Rules Student’s 1st Amendment Rights Not Violated After Targeted for Alleged Misgendering

A New Hampshire court has ruled that a student’s First Amendment rights were not violated when he was specifically targeted for allegedly misgendering a troon student based on his known views on gender. This is when the judge told the school flat out when trying to collect legal fees from his parents that the lawsuit wasn’t frivolous. Go figure.
