Alaska State Troopers 1st Amendment audit! NO ID!

Alaska State Troopers in Palmer Alaska. Trooper asks for my name I tell him NO he does not like my response he looked confused like he didn't know what to say or how to respond like no one's ever said NO to him before. Can I have your name he asks I'd rather not i said why is that he says I don't see no reason to I'm just taking pictures I said.
