Ariana Grande arrived on the marble floors of the Trocadéro in style with her “Wicked” costar Cynthia Erivo in Paris on Friday.

The singer is rumored to be performing during the opening ceremony of the 2024 Paris Olympics, but before that, she took a moment to pose for photos with the Eiffel Tower in the background.

Grande wore a sleeveless pink ankle-length dress from American designer Thom Browne with a bow detail at the waist.

The singer and actor wore pink as a soft nod to her “Wicked” character Galinda Upland, otherwise known as Glinda the Good.

The opening ceremony was created by artistic director Thomas Jolly, a French actor and stage director with experience with large-scale productions. Lady Gaga and Celine Dion are also meant to be featured in the ceremony, scheduled to take place along the Seine River with the traditional parade of athletes from 206 national Olympic committees traveling on nearly 100 boats. The parade should pass by famous Parisian landmarks such as Notre Dame, the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower.

After releasing her latest album, “Eternal Sunshine,” in March, Grande has pivoted her attention to promoting her upcoming movie “Wicked,” in which she stars with Erivo. To promote the movie, Universal Pictures unveiled an emerald train cruising down tracks in front of the Eiffel Tower on Thursday.

Grande has also been working on her brand R.e.m. Beauty, which received investment from Sandbridge Capital in 2023. On Instagram, Grande shared videos of her visiting the Sephora store at Champs-Élysées in Paris on Thursday to promote the brand.

The 2024 Paris Olympics, officially known as the Games of the XXXIII Olympiad, will take place through Aug. 11. This edition marks the centenary of the last time Paris hosted the Games, in 1924.
