This week’s guest is Mitch Prest. Mitch was born and raised in Westfield, MA and was the youngest of 4 boys. He grew up playing sports and couldn’t help himself with a little mischief here and there which almost derailed his senior year. Mitch joined the military at the age of 19 and quickly found himself in Iraq.

Upon his return, Mitch packed up his gear and headed to South Carolina with his cousin. He and his cousin would live in SC for 5 years. This gave Mitch the chance to perfect his firefighting career. Mitch moved back north and worked with the national guard. He found leisure playing rugby and a passion as a first responder.

However, Mitch was ready for something new. He decided to venture west toward Wyoming for school. Here Mitch would spend a lot of time living off the grid. His plans for the future are to take a few more years to live and laugh with no rush to settle down anytime soon.
