Macron welcomes Jill Biden ahead of Paris Olympics opening

French President Emmanuel Macron on Friday (July 26) welcomed U.S. First Lady Jill Biden and over a hundred other guests, including royalty, heads of state, and government officials at the Elysee presidential palace before the Olympic Games, which is set to kick off with a ceremony on the River Seine later in the day.
