Lavrov meets with his counterparts at ASEAN meeting in Laos

Russian FM Sergey Lavrov participated in a row of talks at the 57th foreign ministers’ of ASEAN in Laos. He remarked ASEAN is one of the most important elements of the emerging multipolar world.
