I have the whole 33ish minute Conversation, however I go over the important parts where they lie to my face about how everything im doing is great, we have a great plan moving forward. They compliment how polite I am and say how they want to have me at the Y.

Fast forward and I'm kicked out for being disrespectful and having this whole laundry list of actions....despite the fact that I called them and asked to have this meeting so that I could make sure we have an understanding. Do these sound like the actions of someone who is breaking the code of conduct?
