Fabricated a Drag Rake. Will it work ?

Going to try and clear the field of the weeds and old corn stalks and what ever else is there with this fence drag. Could not find a pull behind rake that would work with my lawn tractor. And purchasing one is to expensive. If it doesn’t work for this it will work to help smooth out the dirt when all the digging is down for the septic, water line, and electrical. I also need to move a pile of dirt and smooth the driveway some.

This is a new learning experience as getting permits and hiring contractors to get this work done ✅
