Grilled Cheese and Over-Easy Egg Sandwich

Who doesn't love a yummy grilled cheese sandwich? Here is one of my favorite grilled cheese sandwiches.

Ingredients

Bread 2 slices of Artesano bread (or any type of bread works)
Egg 1 over-easy egg
Cheese 1 slice of cheese (any type of cheese works)
Meat 1 slice of Turkey (meat is optional)
Butter 2 tablespoons of melted butter for coating
Oil 1/2 - 1 tablespoon to cook the egg
