WIND BLADE FROM OFFSHORE WIND FARM BREAKS OFF & CLOSES BEACHES IN NANTUCKET

A wind blade from an off shore wind farm broke off and has caused beaches in Nantucket to be closed because of the dangerous debris which is sharp. Six truckloads of debris have been removed. The feds have also shut down the wind farm operation until that cause of the incident can be identified and ensure the rest of the operation is not affected.
