INGREDIENTS:
3 tbsp oil
2 garlic chopped
300 gms chicken boneless
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
Half tsp garlic powder
Half tsp chili flakes
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
Half tsp oregano
3 tbsp tomato paste (or blend 2 tomatoes)
Half cup thick cream (6 tbsp)
2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
half cup pasta water or milk
2 cups boiled pasta
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp parsley or coriander

METHOD:
In a pan add oil, saute garlic, then add chicken, cook until color changes, add all the mentioned spices, tomato paste, cook for 5-6 mins, add cheese, pasta water, mix, add boiled pasta, give it a good mix, add ketchup, and top it with parsley and some more cheese. Enjoy .
