How to Store Restricted and Prohibited Firearms in Canada

Something that every firearm (and potential firearm owner) should know is how to store a restricted or prohibited firearm. Not only is this something you need to demonstrate knowledge of during your Canadian Firearm Safety Course (and Canadian Restricted Firearm Safety Course) but it's also great for promoting firearm safety no matter what kind of firearm you own.

Keeping firearms away from those who would misuse them, either accidentally or deliberately, is an excellent way to promote public safety, the confidence in our firearms laws and licensing system, and just the right thing to do.

In this video we'll discuss the procedure you'll need to follow to safely (and legally) store a restricted or prohibited firearm in Canada.
