Eterna Cosmetic Surgery in San Antonio has a lot of "patients" on Google suspiciously reviewing multiple Houston businesses in common, including a dermatology clinic, a low testosterone specialist, and a therapist. Where is Google's new machine learning algorithm that supposedly catches more fake reviews? Apparently not up to the task.
