Rita Ora is a British singer, songwriter, and actress of Albanian descent, born on November 26, 1990, in Pristina, Kosovo. She moved to London with her family in 1991 to escape political unrest in the Balkans. She began her music career in 2012 with DJ Fresh's single "Hot Right Now," which topped the UK charts. Since then, she has released several successful albums and became the first British female solo artist to have thirteen top ten singles in the UK.
