Lets eat homemade pandesal

Full recipe: Ingredients
2 cups
All-Purpose Flour
2 cups
Bread Flour
½ cup
White Sugar
5 tablespoons
Melted Butter
1 teaspoon
Baking Powder
1 cup
Fresh Milk (lukewarm)
1 pouch Rise Yeast
1 cup Bread Crumbs
1 tspn Salt
1 Egg
1 tblsOil (cooking)

Cooking Instruction: Stir the milk, sugar, and yeast together until the sugar and yeast are completely dissolved.
Since milk tastes better than water, that's why I went with it, but you may just use lukewarm water.
Mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder) thoroughly in the mixing bowl.
In the mixing bowl with the dry ingredients, add the egg, butter, cooking oil, and yeast-sugar-milk combination. Mix again until dough forms. To efficiently combine the components, you can use your hands.
Knead the dough on a level surface until it has a fine texture.
After shaping the dough, return it to the mixing basin, cover it with a moist cloth, and allow it to rise for at least forty-five minutes.

Place the dough onto a working surface that has been lightly floured once it has risen. Cut into four or six equal pieces after rolling into a log. Once more, roll out a portion of the dough, cut it into equal pieces, and repeat the process with the remaining dough.
Each piece of dough should be rolled in breadcrumbs before being placed on a baking tray at least an inch apart. This will prevent the dough from sticking together when it rises.
Give the dough in the tray another 15 to 20 minutes to rise.
For ten minutes, preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
Bake for beautifully done, around 20 to 25 minutes.
