The waters of Sagami Bay, located off Japan's Kanagawa Prefecture, are inundated with black sea urchins who graze on marine plants. Researchers say the booming population has caused desertification along Kanagawa's coast and are now working to raise them in a sustainable way. Kristy Kilburn has more.
