What does it Mean to be A True Watchman?

Today it seems like everyone wants to designate themselves as a Watchman. The term is usually referring to someone who follows Bible Prophecy and reports on the signs of the times and connects the prophetic dots. But what does the Word of God tell us about what a true watchman is!
