Police pepper spray protesters during Netanyahu visit

Police used pepper spray on some of the thousands of pro-Palestinian protesters who gathered outside the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday (July 24) while Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke to Congress.
