According to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), #Ulises RaigozMartinez is an #illegal immigrant from #Mexico The 24-year-old is accused of a hit-and-run crash that claimed the life of #MatthewCarney, the owner of #SmokinThighs of #Nashvilletn . Judge #JimTodd , who has his eye on Judge #JeffSessions seat , dismissed three charges against the illegal during a preliminary hearing back on March 6. This is yet another example of repeat offenders getting back on the streets too easily.
