Cheeseburger Fries, which combines all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger into a loaded fries dish:

Cheeseburger Fries
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 large bag of frozen French fries (or make your own using the French fries recipe above)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup diced red onions
1/4 cup diced pickles
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup yellow mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional toppings: lettuce, cooked and crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, mayonnaise
Instructions:
Cook the Fries: Prepare the French fries according to the package instructions or make your own. Bake or fry until golden and crispy.
Cook the Beef: While the fries are cooking, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain any excess fat.
Prepare the Toppings: Dice the tomatoes, onions, and pickles. Shred the cheddar cheese if it isn't already shredded.
Assemble the Dish:
Spread the cooked fries on a large serving platter or a baking sheet.
Sprinkle the cooked ground beef evenly over the fries.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef.
Melt the Cheese: Place the platter or baking sheet in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
Add the Fresh Toppings: Once the cheese is melted, remove the dish from the oven. Sprinkle the diced tomatoes, onions, and pickles over the top.
Drizzle with Sauces: Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the loaded fries. You can also add mayonnaise if you like.
Serve: Optionally, garnish with additional toppings like shredded lettuce, crumbled bacon, or diced jalapeños. Serve immediately.
