Self-Driving Car Glitches Out

Info from Licensor: "Was delivering groceries to the white van and the Tesla pulled up behind it, kept backing up, pulling up, putting flashers on. We noticed there was no driver and a crowd amassed. Car kept apparently glitching using the Summon feature in a busy parking lot. Car was seen picking up owner at the back of the parking lot after almost causing several wrecks where cars trued to go around it when it had flashers on but it would then start driving."
