NUTRITION IS THE FOUNDATION OF HEALTH

My name is Josie Shillabeer, I am a Nutritional Therapist and fellow Health Puzzler!

Over the last decade I have overcome numerous chronic health conditions, including Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, also known as IBS and Generalised Anxiety Disorder.

At rock bottom I kept searching for the answer to three key questions:

1 Where do I begin?
2 What is going to make the biggest difference to my health?
3 Will I ever get better again?

Over 10 years and one heck of a journey later I now have the answers to my questions and I am going to share them with you within this video.
