After training in 106 degrees (because I'm stupid n I dont ever learn my lesson)

Training in extreme heat is how I fried my brain a few years back and started crying fir no reason at the oddest of times (p.b.a) well I decided to train a bit of martial arts in the extreme heat 106 outside once again. I dont encourage anyone to do it, but sometimes when it comes to me, I just say fuk it. Isnt it amazing the shirt is only dry on that one spot. For fuck sake.
