FROZEN FOOD CLERK TRAINING HACK # 20 "ROTATION"

Papa Mike of Kroger Store # 532 located at 5241 N. Tarrant Parkway, in Keller, Texas teaches fellow Associates who are new to the Frozen Food Biz how to ROTATE products in such a way that our customers's health and well being comes FIRST and that NO product that has reached it's expiration date is still on the shelf !!! CAUTION: If a product is damaged when a tear or puncture hole or you notice the bag has air in it like a balloon REMOVE IT IMMEDIATELY!!! ( For some reason this particularly happens to VEGAN products. ) TIP: If you notice there's a particular pattern of how your customers remove a particular product as illustrated in this video, be sure
to stock NEW product in the area LEAST touched while bringing older stock forward into those
