Ian Prukner shares the pivotal moments and mentors that shaped his journey from being broke and in debt at 23 to achieving significant success. The conversation delves into personal challenges, including relationship-building and leadership dynamics. Ian emphasizes the necessity of self-awareness and the growth that comes from overcoming internal obstacles. The discussion also touches on the common pitfalls leaders face and the critical distinction between finding and developing leaders. Join us for an engaging exploration of personal growth, mentorship, and the journey to success.

Ian Prukner was born and raised in Royal Oak, Michigan. As a child, he was taught to attend school, get good grades, and find a good job. At 23 years old, he found himself with a college degree, a new wife, and not one job, but three, trying to make ends meet. He describes himself during this time as dying inside as the real world took a toll on him, making only $27,000 a year and working 80-90 hours a week. He knew he wasn’t happy or fulfilled, and deep down, he felt that there was something more for his life and his family. He would get up every day and drive past miles and miles of magnificent homes and say to himself, “There has got to be a better way.” With every day that passed, he could feel his dreams slipping away. So, he decided to make a change. Less than ten years later, with no experience in business or sales of any sort, he found himself earning in excess of seven figures annually. His life was literally revolutionized, not just financially but in every area, including health and marriage relationship. He went from watching his dreams slip away to walking in them every single day. Today, he lives in his dream home, travels the world, and raises his three incredible kids. This book BYPPRODUCT is itself, the byproduct of what he learned and applied over those IO Years. It’s what he used to drastically change everything in his life. It’s a decade of leadership, learned in the trenches of American business, applied to life. This is how Ian did it.
