"What kind of consultation is that exactly?": McDonald pressed on "no veto" asylum comments

Following the scenes in Coolock, Mary Lou McDonald says that locals should be "consulted" on asylum centres, but that they can't "veto" them.

"How is it consulting people when they aren't even allowed to say no? What kind of consultation is that exactly?", Ben Scallan asks.
