Lansing's historic City Hall has taken another step toward being sold

City Hall will move to South Grand Avenue across the street from the main Capital Area Transportation Authority station. The city council approved the sale last night, and it will have a price tag of over two-million-dollars. City council president Jeremy Garza told council members the building is in rough shape and needs plumbing work.
