Here's a simple recipe for sweet milk balls, also known as milk ladoos, which are a popular Indian dessert. This recipe requires only a few ingredients and is easy to make.

Simple Sweet Milk Balls (Milk Ladoos)
Ingredients:

2 cups of milk powder
1 cup of condensed milk
2 tablespoons of ghee (clarified butter)
1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder
A few chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, pistachios) for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Prepare the Mixture:

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the ghee.
Once the ghee is melted, add the milk powder and condensed milk to the pan. Mix well.
Cook the Mixture:

Continuously stir the mixture to avoid any lumps and to ensure it doesn’t stick to the pan.
Cook until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan, forming a dough-like consistency. This should take about 8-10 minutes.
Add the cardamom powder and mix well.
Cool the Mixture:

Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool slightly, until it is comfortable to handle.
Form the Balls:

Grease your hands with a little ghee to prevent sticking.
Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into smooth balls.
If desired, press a few chopped nuts onto the top of each ball for garnish.
Serve:

Let the milk balls cool completely. You can refrigerate them for about 15-20 minutes to help them set faster.
Serve and enjoy!
Tips:
Store the milk balls in an airtight container. They can be kept at room temperature for a couple of days or refrigerated for up to a week.
You can also add a few saffron strands or rose water to the mixture for an extra layer of flavor.
