U.S. Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle was subpoenaed to appear before the House Oversight Committee to provide answers for the complete and utter breakdown which led to the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump. When Cheatle had nothing to offer but empty platitudes, members from both sides of the aisle called for her resignation with Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) filing a "privilege" motion for Cheatle's impeachment. Gene Berardelli lays out the issues identified by Congress and examines Cheatle's disastrous trip to Capitol Hill.
