NESMETAL - DEAD LIGHTS AND DARK TOWERS (Full Album, 2016)

So, this album actually started off as a series of writings, in late 2011... Initially I had no thought (or capability/computer) to continue "NESMETAL". And at that point, even if I had, the writing I was doing I hadn't even thought of putting to music - let alone a "NESMETAL" album...

Anyway, toward the end of literally writing it all, I was gifted a laptop (for Christmas, 2012). And suddenly, music came back into my life! So, did I get to work on the next "NESMETAL" album? Haha... NO. At least, not immediately... Maybe if I ever write a memoire I'll get into that bit ;)

Anyway.

This album took quite some time to finish - the earliest demo didn't actually "see the light of day" 'til a long time later in 2012. And then after that, it was another 4 years until it was finally finished/released - in 2016.

So yes, a long time after 2011's "THROUGH THE MIRROR".

Also, it must be said, PTERODACTYL SQUAD is beyond loyal to their artists/musicians. They never "abandoned" me, or anything even remotely close to that sentiment (even though it had been years). We picked up right where we left off. They are the best, and I am so thankful for them.

Also, ALSO - * DISCLAIMER * - this album is, in NO WAY WHATSOEVER related to any of Steven King's works, nor does it referance them in any way shape or form (to my knowledge). Truly, it
is the highest of coincidences that what I chose to name this album shares a namesake with one of his book series/creations. It was NOT intentional in the slightest.
