1C - Kosher Salt
1C - Turbinado Sugar
1/2 C- Light Brown Sugar
4 tbs - Paprika
4 tbs - Chili Powder
4 tbs - Coarse Black Pepper
2 tbs - Granulated Onion
2 tbs - Granulated Garlic
2 tbs - Cumin
2 tbs - Thyme
4 tsp - Cayenne
2 tsp - Nutmeg
