Pkg theft Unlisted Video

Pkg theft. Known associates of apt #12 come to get the loaned key to their place as they can't get in. On the way out they lift an envelope & box. Upon viewing the videos of the theft, I inforn the occupant what his visitors had done. He claims he doesn't know them but I've witnessed the one knocking on his door at this location multiple times and has been invited in by the tenant for stays of up to several hours. The tenant has another "associate" retreive the empty box of the stolen item from the brook 2 days later. This associate has been seen here often with key access to the main & apt doors and has been observed bringing unopen boxes to unit #12 in bulk.
