Classic case of “The Nails.” The slow start led to frustration, which led to a powerful finish at the cost of significantly more fatigue. I’m still getting injured to this new level of conditioning I seem to be on the threshold of. Rather, the new level of discomfort I can sustain for an hour at a time 😂
