"After Midnight with Boston Blackie" is an American crime film released in 1943, directed by Lew Landers. This is the fifth installment in the Boston Blackie film series. The plot follows Blackie as he is framed for the murder of a recently paroled acquaintance. While trying to clear his name, Blackie discovers a web of deceit involving stolen diamonds and must evade the police to expose the real culprit. The film stars Chester Morris as Boston Blackie, George E. Stone as "The Runt," and Ann Savage as Dorothy Barlow.
