"Spy Smasher" is an American action serial film released in 1942, directed by William Witney. The plot follows the adventures of Alan Armstrong, a secret agent known as Spy Smasher, who fights against a Nazi spy ring known as the Mask. The Mask, a mysterious figure who conceals his identity behind a metal mask, leads a campaign of sabotage and terrorism against the United States. Spy Smasher, aided by his twin brother Jack and other allies, must thwart the Mask's plans and protect America from his evil schemes. The serial stars Kane Richmond as both Spy Smasher and Jack Armstrong, Marguerite Chapman as Eve Corby, and Hans Schumm as the Mask.
