New argument for getting the audio tapes of Biden being deposed by Robert Hur and his staff:

Now that Biden has admitted that he's not up to the task of running for President anymore, there is even more reason to conclude that the invocation of executive privilege to refuse to turn over the audio tapes to Congress is entirely baseless and can no longer be tolerated.

There is no interest in protecting evidence of Biden's incapacity any more, as he has admitted, through his own declination to run for President again, to the very incapacity the American people saw on display during Biden's debate with President Trump.
