Homemade Creamy Coleslaw

Coleslaw is a great summer snack and goes so well with so many dishes. This is how I make mine. You can always adapt this recipe if you like more vinegar, less sugar, etc. I always make this to go with our fried chicken or pulled pork sandwiches.
