Man responsible for lockdown at Mercy Hospital Fort Smith identified as 34-year-old John West

The suspect responsible for the lockdown at Mercy Hospital Fort Smith has been identified as 34-year-old John West. Officers are currently reviewing video footage and tracking the key card he is using.
