Captain Beard Busted on Pontoon Boat

On 07/02/2022, members of the Hillsborough County and FWC were on night boat patrol when they approached a pontoon boat for safety inspection.
When looking in coolers, open containers were found. This prompted further testing of the Captain to determine his condition.
