Karen Howard, the CEO and Executive Director of Organic and Natural Health Association spoke exclusively with Washington Examiner about the current political scenario, its overwhelming effects on people and how to deal with it. Back in March this year, it was announced that President Biden and former President Donald Trump would have a rematch. The polls that time showed that only one third of the respondents were hopeful about their options. The current situation though is, Trump might have a jail time and Biden has been getting a lot of calls for stepping down as the presidential nominee, due to his questionable mental and physical fitness. This whole situation has created a lot of election anxiety amongst people raising the question, whether their votes matter?
