On a cold dark night, around 2:00 in the morning, a young man and his father sat in a remote 24-hour diner waiting to be served. The older man was sadly slowly going senile and had insisted on going out for some soup. Not having the energy to argue the son took him out for at least this way his father would be happy and then he could get some peace and quiet.
