How to Make the Budwig Protocol Mixture

For full mixture (what I used while healing from cancer)---- 2/3 cup organic 2% cottage cheese, 6 Tbsp flaxseed oil. Blend with immersion blender.

Half mixture (can eat twice daily if using for cancer healing) or once daily for prevention and maintenance: 1/3 cup organic cottage cheese, 3 Tbsp flaxseed oil. Blend with immersion blender.
