EXCERPT: "Welcome to the Shuv Show. I’m your host, Christene Jackman. Tonight, we will discuss an important topic: “A Silence that Roars,” Conceding to Error Through Reticence. Or, Fellowship, at what cost?

• If you journey through a jungle and join your fellow travelers in taking wrong turns; will you not end up just as lost?

• If you see someone doing wrong, and you say nothing, know that you have just made a silent contract of assent with them regarding their behavior.

• If we hear someone speak inaccurately about God and His Word, should we ignore it?

What does Scripture say?

Yechezkiel/Ezekiel 33:8-9,
"When I say to the wicked, 'O wicked man, you will surely die,' and you do not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity, but his blood I will require from your hand.
But if you on your part warn a wicked man to turn from his way and he does not turn from his way, he will die in his iniquity, but you have delivered your life.”

It is a covenant thing. If you are in Covenant with Him, He has your back. And you stand up for Him. Remember, blood covenant does not have an expiration date. And, there is a proper time and a place to speak. Ask the Lord to help you, give you the opportunity and the words. Be prepared to give an answer.

Ephesians 4:14-15, “As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming; but speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all [aspects] into Him who is the head, Messiah.”

If you want to spot the counterfeits: study the Original.
Love says something, kindly, not arrogantly. Love is not apathetic. Apathy is crueler than hate. It is pitiless.
Love lovingly confronts. It is up to the person to make the choice to turn to the Truth or not. Heart changes come from the Ruach HaKodesh. Without Him, all your analytical arguments or brilliant insights will fall on deaf ears. So, we speak, that is our job, and we leave the outcome to Him.

The Big Question: Can you hold hands with error?
Should you fellowship with congregations whose beliefs, doctrines, and man-made traditions set aside the Written Word of God? I am talking about those assemblies that by their actions prove they condone setting aside the Written Commands of God. Let’s not mince words: They are preaching rebellion against the Holy One. Yes, they do have some things right, but should you ignore the law breaking and keep fellowshipping with them? Saying nothing, with a silence that roars to Heaven . . . "
